I don't use a vpn because i'm not worried about my ISP cracking down on streams. From everything I've read its only MPAA going after movie torrent sharing.
But if you really are worried about it, I hear PIA is good (privateinternetaccess.com) although I havent' used them.
I setup my own VPN on a cheap vps in another country. using openvpn.
