Don't help him. You are helping a dishonest fellow who does not deserve an IT job, where professionalism is required. He just committed fraud and is on investigation currently. He borrowed money from r/borrow (you can check it out on his history) and deceived many fellows there. I strongly recommend to disassociate with this person.
