Planing to subscribe to NTV, is it good?

by pulsarbrox

I live in Turkey and want to setup my parent's PC to watch British TV channels. I'm quite new to IPTV because I couldn't find a way to use satellite to access UK channels, we are out of range...

So I heard about IPTV, after a quick search, I've found out some names like IPTV stalker and NTV. But these are all somewhat illegal, right? So not as reliable as official products. But also the only choices I have...

Is NTV good and reliable? Are there better options? Have quality streams for 10mbit internet connection?

I'm planing to setup Kodi to make it easier for my parents to watch.

NTV is decent.

If you happen to have a Facebook, this will honestly help you out a ton - https://www.facebook.com/groups/350679511723339/

It's the NTV Users self help group, and honestly the community there is a treat. You can ask about the specific channels you're hoping to get, and the reliability of them during whatever times you watch.

I got a sub for a month, and it was pretty reliable. It would lag a bit during the prime-time USA (where I'm from) shows, which frustrated me a bit, but it is what it is for the money you're paying.

To answer your other question, yes technically it's illegal.

The service being provided is illegal, while streaming content(accepting the stream, that is) is in a big grey area. Many people use VPN's to provide an extra sense of security, however, it's not a requirement, nor is there enough evidence to prove anyone has been persecuted for using IPTV.
