Can I use IPTV Stalker for a m3u/txt file?? Smart IPTV

by rossws

Currently just found out about IPTVs and I've got a Smart IPTV app for my LG TV and it's asking to either upload static IPTV playlist in .m3u/.txt format or using a External playlist link (URL) in m3u./.txt format. Will this work with IPTV Stalker if I get the service?

Thanks.

I have tried using url helper and created a m3u list. Works for a few minutes then cuts off. Would like to know this also.

I'm not completely sure what you're asking but I'll give it a go: if you get a playlist file from a source (like hushnam) it is just an m3u file and that file/folder needs to be shareable so the tv see's it to play it. Otherwise using an "app" you might as well use kodi and several addons. Playlist loader for instance might be of interest. All this assumes you have a playlist and don't need a playlist. IPTV stalker software does a lot of things. One of which is to act as an m3u server if I remember right. It has its own playlist which is subscriber based. I believe it only acts as a server to other kodi apps though and not as an m3u server on the network but I haven't tried that.

Stalker links are dynamically created using a token. An M3U/M3U8 list would become useless after a few hours as the tokens are only good for a period of time.
