In my point of view the one i use is very stable and never had problems. It's a community mostly taken by German Channels, recently adding more and more Portuguese channels international(premium all there) It has more than 300 channels VOD,Fullhd and hd. Support is fantastic.
i tried already a lot this i use is very intressting and i do not wanna change. i pay around 10€.

This is old, but the best one I've basically seen for Portuguese (at the moment) would have to be another addon my old man has been using. I found it randomly. The streams work pretty consistently. It's called LusoTV. Free.
