since registering with channel up i have been unable to get their plugin to work as it keeps giving me "channel up tv error".
i emailed their support team, but got no reply. when i emailed billing on how to cancel (explaining it didn't work for me), i got a very abrupt message saying it did and that i should download the plugin (like i hadn't already dumbarse).
anyway, i'm running kodi 16 rc-3 and have virgin broadband. i've tried it on my pc, firetv and firestick and each device gives me the same issue.

Looks like your missing a plugin on the side it uses. "plugin.video.offside"
Something named Offside that is a video plugin.
