I've spent most of the day pulling my hair out over this. I've searched all over without getting anywhere.
I'm trying to play m3u and ts files but they all stop playing after around 20-60 seconds. I've tried so many different streams on two pcs (vlc and kodi) and 3 mobile devices (lenovo tab, Moto g, nvidia shield)
Some help, ANY help would be appreciated!

What is the provider? If they are public lists they just may be shitty quality. Is it a network connection on your end? Provide the m3u and I'll try it on my end if you like.
