IPTV for Kodi with 720p+ soccer

Hey guys, I have wasted days and still cannot find a IPTV provider that checks all of these checkboxes:

    1. runs on Kodi
    1. offers monthly subscriptions
    1. has at 720P or better streams for soccer (EPL, Champions League, La Liga)

All the providers that I found that meet #1 and #2 do not meet #3, their streams claim to be HD but are actually SD.
