Looking for an US HD Entertainment provider aswell as EU Sports.

All,

looking for a provider with channels such as Showtime, Showtime Extreme etc. along with HD US Sports such as NBCSN, Fox Sports 1. I would also like EU sports channels such as BT Sport, Sky Sports UK, Sky Sports DE etc in HD.

If they had the Showtime PPV channel in HD that would be great as well as Sky Sports Box Office HD.

By HD i mean high quality 5000Kbps, not an HD reoslution at 2000Kbps!

IPGuys seems to have all of the above...but the HD is not as good as HD on cable.
