Ccloud and Castaway are both free. Iptvsubs will run ya 13 a month. They offer a 24 hour trial.
Was looking for the same as OP, free decent live TV options. Followed instructions at link below, and in <5minutes I was watching live CNN, MTV, etc... Also to 2012DOOM, last time I checked (several months ago), PLEX did not have apps/addons for these types of services. XBMC (now Kodi) has been the best option for all around media service solution for over 5+ years... Just my .02

I recently installed a Kodi addon called Live Mix and it works pretty good. I don't watch TV seriously and just like to tinker with addons so it may not be the greatest.
