Since there is no official Ruya website I thought I would post here for those looking to sign up.

Ruya have hundreds of channels in HD, offer a 14 day catch up service as well as movies and tv shows on demand. UK, US, Italian, French, Portuguese, Dutch, Turkish, Serbian, Slovenian channels, for a fraction of the price cable would cost.
We aren't resellers of resellers like RuyaXL, we use the current up to date Ruya IPTV add on, version 1.2.
Sick of seeing people buy from individuals who have no clue and then receive no support from them.
