They took about 24 hours to set me up. Not sure exactly why they asked me for a username and password as I have never once used it.

Took me over 72 hours after ordering to get service.

I bought the Black Diamond Service on monday with them, received an e-mail in the same day with the same information you received. On Tuesday, they said it can't work on Kodi, but they could put me on the Orange Server, that's ok, I accepted. That was the last e-mail they sent me. Today (Friday) they still didn't send me anything for how I can configurate it on Kodi and I was already charged on my credit card. I send e-mails to them every single day and they don't even answer me.

I tell you this, I'm working with my credit card to cancel this and take my money back. It's complete lack of respect with the client, I don't recomend them.

I just ordered their Orange service for Kodi as iptvsubs is making me go crazy. It kept asking me to login (which obviously I can't as I'm not a customer yet). Hopefully it's smooth sailing from here but from the responses it looks like I might be waiting a while to get the setup email ;(

A lot of the UHD and 4K channels don't even work. So far, I'm not impressed. There's a bunch of Canadian content that does not work at all. They don't seem to respond to emails.
