So i have had IPTVSubs, and TVonIP, both of which I felt had a great selection of channels, but had low quality, similar to SD Cable/Satellite TV.
Are there any providers which have TV with high resolution similar to HD Cable/Satellite? I mostly need Canadian Channels, HD Sports (Sportsnet, TSN etc), and if possible, South Asian

I'm ending my first and last month with iptvchannels (black diamond package which is actually iptvexpress). Quality was good overall for what worked, but I actually noticed some of the major channels in the HD english package didn't load at all.
Re: the 4k channels - a couple of them look really, really good. My TV only displays 1080p, so between that and 4k I'm not sure, but several of the 4k channels were nowhere near 1080p quality, and would pixellate like crazy with any movement on the screen.
They also have no EPG, just a list of channels, so I'm sticking with IPTV subs for now. While IPTVExpress does have some channels that look better, the quality of subs is overall much more consistent (buffering notwithstanding, they seem to be improving that).

I'd like to know of other options as well. Tvonip is a decent price, interface and has some okay HD content though.
Iptvchannels.com has great quality and as of late, their streams are very stable. They did some work on their servers recently which I believe iptvsubs needs to do in order to support the number of users they have. I feel iptvsubs buffers too often and many channels are unavailable.
Looks like you're a sports fan, I suggest either Express or Gold. IPTVSubs hasn't been great for the playoffs at all.

www.ntv.mx is the most stable iptv provider. They have a good selection of HD channels.
