Iptvsubs is the best out there really. Quite painless compared to the others.
If you can manage to get an invite to smoothstreams.tv, they have an epg built into their addon. However, they have a slightly different offering than others. Channels are not necessarily 24/7 the same channel, if that makes sense. It seems they focus extra server resources on popular channels based on current events. Probably simplest setup overall; just buy sub and install the addon.
ok so IPGuys supplies EPG for their english channels, and it's pretty good so far
Hassle free? I highly doubt you get that. Configuring IPTV on PVR Kodi clients is always messy.
