On June 29th the $100 for the black diamond package from iptvchannels.com They sent me an e-mail asking for a mac address, etc. All information was provided on June 30th and so far it is now August 3rd and no feedback provided. Now going on over 5 days to activate, so I'm starting to get nervous that it was a scam... Can djkaki confirm whether he ever received the service?
Donot Sign up! They are crooks! I signed up on 17th August for 3 months. They charged my card immediately.. But no update on subscription.. I have emailed them more than 20 times! They dont reply to emails.. They are crooks and fraudsters people. I disputed my transaction with credit card today and got the subscription from torontoiptvguys. My service activated within 10 mins with them. This was the first time i tried iptvchannels and i regret it. They ate 90 bucks from me and its so frustrating that they dont even bother to reply to an email! But they take 5 mins to charge ur card.. They have the time for tht! DONOT GET SUBSCRIPTION FROM THEM! Trust me they are the worst IPTV service provider! Even the ones available on aliexpress website reply u within 2/3 hours. These people have no contact number, the only way to get in touch with them is email which they claim 24/7 email support. But my personal xperience. 4 days, not a single reply!
I signed up last week (Black Diamond 4k), took a few days to get my account activated but I really haven't been very impressed by the service over the weekend. Buffering is really common - in that I would not expect to watch a whole football match or my favorite show without missing part or experiencing some interruption. For the Champions League final on Saturday evening - I jumped around 3 different channels (TSN was good for 15 minutes) before giving up and watching on normal TV. AMC was good for a couple of hours - but this was from around 2-4am, when I will usually be sleeping.
TBS has worked for about 1-2 minutes, similar for Sky 1. It seems all the channels that I would want to watch are either very patchy (buffer a lot or stop working after a period) or totally unavailable whereas the channels not so in demand work ok. I'm definitely going to be trialling some others, quite disappointed so far by this provider - I'm hoping it's just a temporary thing - but doesn't make me very optimistic for future reliability.
It took about 2 days to activate. After seeing the UI of their Android APP (IPTV Express app) I decided to ask them some questions. I decided to post this here so that others might avoid this mess.

There are a couple of things, I noticed that your application supports Android TV which is great! Could you add support for google Live Channels? Watch the youtube video, I'm not a programmer so I don't get it, but you probably will.

I saw that some guy made a 3rd party app for another IPTV app that does this over at IPTVSubs.
Also is there a way to make a favorites list or something? The UK/US Channels are split into SD and HD. I would much rather prefer a split between UK and US regardless of HD or not. But if I could make a list of favorites none of that matters. Even better if you would add Live Channels then I could arrange them as I saw fit.
Apart from that, some of the channels don‘t work, which is to be expected I guess. Do I report to you guys about that? I‘d have to go through them again to see which ones. And also some are missing EPG. The epg is quite essential since the UK and US channels are mixed so I have to use two online tv guides to find out what‘s on.
But another thing. Some of the channels don‘t have a channel icon and some have bad channel icons. Can I offer my assistance at least when it comes to the UK/US channels? I‘ve been working on most of the English channel icons already, since I was fixing them up for the guy that runs Smart IPTV. So just give me the dimensions you prefer and I‘ll get you nice looking png logos with transparency and everything. OK to sum it up
1. A couple of channels don‘t work and some are missing epg and icons/logos. Should I report the channels to you AND would you like my help with the English logos?
2. Is there a way to make a favorites list, so that I can add just the channels I like to watch.
3. Could you please add support for google‘s LiveChannels. If you do then there is no need for a favorites feature. Because you can arrange the channels there as you see fit.

I have an Android TV, Nvidia Shield to be exact. Which is just a TV friendly version of Android. And the google app "Live Channels" that comes with it is great. If you add support for it in your app, the channels will show up there and the customer, like me, can change the lineup any way he likes it.

You didn't even watch or understand the videos I sent you. Which makes no sense if you are actually programming the APK, which I seriously doubt since other resellers have the same apk.

Horrible service! Took 4 days for my service to activate, after about 5 emails - only excuse given was "your email went to our spam folder".
After my service expired, they would not release my MAC even though I found a reseller who offered a better price. They claimed that they 'own' the servers (lie, since this is IPTVExpress renamed) - and then they finally released the MAC after 5 email with the last one where I had to threaten them that I am going to go through every single social media channel and start publishing how terrible and dishonest they are being!

Shop elsewhere, these guys are terrible. Charge twice as much and very little to no customer service. Found another IPTVGuys reseller for half the cost.
Here's my experience:
Decided to try the Orange server for a month and got a decent 2 day response prior to ordering to answer questions and 2 days to get setup after ordering.
Service was good though biggest gripe was no PPV. Decided to renew, paid another month and requested they apply it to my MAC via email, which they haven't been able to do. I've received one email stating the URL has changed, tried it and it doesn't work. It's now been over 2 weeks, completely unacceptable CS.
iptvchannels has completely ignored my e-mails for two weeks. I bought the 1 year black diamond package and they responded after a week stating that my request was in their junk mail folder. About a month after they got my donation, the service went down. No response to e-mail and no other way to contact them. They're thieves - stay far far away!

absolute 100% scam. They never gave what I paid for. took them a week to reply to my emails and still didnt give login/server info or a mac. going to start chargeback soon. AVOID! TOTAL SCAM
These guys are thieves, they have my money for 2 annual subs. I will be sending complaints to their web hosting service, ICANN, RCMP and FBI. At the very least get their site down so no one else gets ripped off. Buy elsewhere!!!
I have service from them. The channel line up is great and I'd say 85% channels work. But, if for some reason a channel isn't working or is buffering, don't count on any support as you'll NEVER get a reply to an email. I have the Black Diamond channels. I'm going to be switching to another reseller who has way better email support and actually answer questions. Same happen here, I bought their Black diamond service for 1 year back in June 2016, September all went down, I emailed them 7 times with no response also I emailed the new management (As they claim) with no luck, Now the problem I can not register my Mag254 for the black diamond service anywhere because they are holding my MAC address. Try to avoid....

I've also had horrible experience with this service (black diamond). I just stick to ipguys. Though the quality of the channels are not 720p more like 500p the channels always work and there is a lot of Canadian channels also. I buy off a reseller for $12 a month CAD. Have tried many others and I always come back to this one. The most down time I've had on a channel was 1 day. And that didn't happen until 2 months of service. No buffeting also.
