Hey,
I'm new to TV over the internet so not sure how the streams are generally. I was given a trial to this TVOnIP service and while the quality of the streams seem to be great and HD, every now and then they will stutter or freeze up for a few seconds. I have pretty good high speed internet which works great for streaming anything else.
Is the issue the provider? Do all live TV streams stutter a bit?
Any advice welcome.

they all have their trade offs ("hd" content vs stability)try different services and see which one fits you best.
I've tried TvOnIP, Star IPTV, IP Express and Voodoo. Voodoo was the most stable for me so far but has a slightly smaller channel selection. Went almost a month without any buffering, had a bad day a few days ago but has gone back to being incredibly stable. I noticed the occasional buffering like you mentioned on every other service, depending on the channel.
Is there a way to directly plug into your router and test then? Wifi can be the issue sometimes but if you're directly plugged in and it's still buffering, then it's more likely their server.
Thanks for the advice guys. I find some channels work better than others, probably depends on the traffic too I guess. Is there an official website for TVOnIP? I didn't find one just some resellers.
A few frienda have it. Some channels buffer more than other. For like 15$ it should be expected. Other iptv providers don't buffer as much I've been told. A year ago tvonip was smooth on every channel, but many people have signed up.
