Anyway to get a paid online IPTV service working on PLEX?

I have been using PLEX for several years for my HTPC. I really like the interface and simplicity, plus ability to watch on tablets, etc. I recently purchased 1 month of NTV.mx and it's great but I don't like switching between Kodi and PLEX. Frankly I find Kodi frustrating.

My PLEX server is installed on an old laptop and I use Chromecast to watch content on my TV. I would love to get NTV.mx (or another comparable service) to work on PLEX. Any recommendations?? Is there some fundamental limitation with PLEX that won't allow for streaming IPTV content??

SportsAccess has the add-on for Plex, however it is not functional at this time.

I prefer Plex to Kodi, but I've accepted using Kodi since I can install the Plex add-on for it. So I can use Plex, IPTVsubs, SALTS, and Exodus all through one interface
