Anyone having issues with IPTVsubs + TWC?

by chucktaylur

Im convinced that TWC is somehow throttling speeds when using im using iptvsubs. Ive ran speed tests and all of them are over 50mb. Nothing else buffers except iptvsubs. When I run iptvsubs on my phone using tmobile, theres no buffering. Anyone know whats going on?

Okay guys, heres what I learned.

  1. TWC is defiantly throttling speeds when using IPTVsubs. Im not sure if they do this for other IPTV services, since this is the only one i use.
  2. They dont do this all the time. They only throttle the speeds on weekdays during peak hours ( around 8pm to ?? ). Weekends they will not throttle the speeds at all.
  3. I speed tested more than I can count. My speeds never drop far below 50mbs at any given time.
  4. I connect and disconnect from expressvpn several times to test if it will buffer during weekday peak hours. The second I disconnect, it buffers. The second i reconnect, silky smooth.

My conclusion is that if you want to use TWC with IPTVsubs, a vpn is a must. TWC are scumbags for doing this. Let me know if you have any questions.

Did you ever resolve the issue? I have the same problem with TWC...

It's possible. Try using a VPN to confirm. Alternatively, could be some setting on your network or router. Please report back, I'm curious to know.

I also suggest VPN

It was buffering like crazy yesterday and kept crashing stb emu. It looks good today though. Aside from the VPN route you could try using Google DNS as an alternative.

Quick question, did you tried to connect via ethernet cord? also if your router have dual band try to connect to 5g signal if possible, make sure you change router dns to google it helps a lot.
