You could get iptvprivatesever and use IPTV stalker plus kodi plugin with the m3u server to serve the playlist file to the IPTV bundle in Plex the only downside is that you'd need to have Jodi running all the time to serve the playlist file.
SportsAccess has a Plex add-on, however it is not functional at this time.
