I screwed up and purchased a subscription through iptvchannels

Question

I used IPTVchannels reseller to purchase 3 months of service on Monday, and have yet to hear from them. I researched them a bit more on this Reddit and people say to avoid! I saw some suggestions to use the reseller, I guess I did not research enough. I purchased on a CC, do you think I can reverse the charge? Wasted 60$ cdn, I can live without it but still annoying.

I advise using another reseller! Any suggestions for a good reseller, Canadian one would be optimal.

Should be able to do a charge back on your card since you never received what you paid for in the first place.  You'll need to call your bank and they can get it started.

I think they're just slow. They took around 5 days to initially activate my order. They finally emailed the details with an apology saying that my emails had been in their spam (not that I really believed that, I use gmail + they must have known from their website I'd ordered).
