TL;DR - MBox HD IPTV unprofessionally uses personal facebook page as a rant space to tell off their customers and anyone who doesn't agree with them.
EDIT: They've taken everything off their main facebook page and made it all private so I removed the broken links. That's a far better way of handling things than they have been.
The female owner of MBox HD IPTV has been on a bit of a rant bender lately, publicly shaming an ex-customer (who admittedly should be arrested for his comments). Then jumps onto a personal page to bash someone for their opinion of how unprofessional MBox as a business is being. To loop it all back, see this last rant post by their owner on their facebook page:
Really don't know why people like to be keyboard warriors. I run my business the way I want to run it. Because I Post a conversation by a vile man saying I should be raped in prison does not make our service or customer service for that matter a bad business. He then shared my post on his page and tagged me in it so I answered it back and had check to tell me I had no right Commenting on his page. What a complete "ass"..."
... Not many people think businesses should be crapping on their customers publicly... Don't air your laundry on your billboard, perhaps?
From their page, you can obviously see that they deleted comments from their replies, and yet kept their own comments, even taking screenshots of parts of conversations, complete with the name of the person.
Honestly, MBox, all you had to do was take down the original rant posts from your official facebook page in the first place to save face, some dignity, and whatever professionalism there was left to be saved. Wouldn't've hurt anything other than your pride. Instead the owner chooses to throw insults where ever she goes.
I have a sub with Ruya Provider , found him on twitter, subscribed and added me into his facebook support group, can't fault the customer service, never seen any shaming going on, they are more professional in their approach than Mbox seem to be.
