Owner of MBox HD 's TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Shames ex-customer publicly on their Facebook page, then goes to harass people on their Facebook when they share the post and raise dissenting views!

TL;DR - MBox HD IPTV unprofessionally uses personal facebook page as a rant space to tell off their customers and anyone who doesn't agree with them.

EDIT: They've taken everything off their main facebook page and made it all private so I removed the broken links. That's a far better way of handling things than they have been.

The female owner of MBox HD IPTV has been on a bit of a rant bender lately, publicly shaming an ex-customer (who admittedly should be arrested for his comments). Then jumps onto a personal page to bash someone for their opinion of how unprofessional MBox as a business is being. To loop it all back, see this last rant post by their owner on their facebook page:

Really don't know why people like to be keyboard warriors. I run my business the way I want to run it. Because I Post a conversation by a vile man saying I should be raped in prison does not make our service or customer service for that matter a bad business. He then shared my post on his page and tagged me in it so I answered it back and had check to tell me I had no right Commenting on his page. What a complete "ass"..."

... Not many people think businesses should be crapping on their customers publicly... Don't air your laundry on your billboard, perhaps?

From their page, you can obviously see that they deleted comments from their replies, and yet kept their own comments, even taking screenshots of parts of conversations, complete with the name of the person.

Honestly, MBox, all you had to do was take down the original rant posts from your official facebook page in the first place to save face, some dignity, and whatever professionalism there was left to be saved. Wouldn't've hurt anything other than your pride. Instead the owner chooses to throw insults where ever she goes.

I have a sub with Ruya Provider , found him on twitter, subscribed and added me into his facebook support group, can't fault the customer service, never seen any shaming going on, they are more professional in their approach than Mbox seem to be.

I too had personal words with this 'business'. Anything commented that is not siding with her views and feelings, gets immediately harassed and then banned from the page. All the while making other rant posts about those posts. She will go onto people's personal facebooks and harass them there too! Then state that her 'business' page is her personal page....Honestly she sounds and acts like a kid fresh into highschool. Very VERY unprofessional.

As soon as I saw this topic, I laughed my ass off... because I had the exact same opinion and have heard some murmurings from others about this too.

The female owner is a nut... she is constantly posting up rants about how she's fed up of x,y and z or to expose an argument she's had with a customer (that's happened about 10 times since I've been in the group).

Aside from that, if you disagree with anything she says, she will scream from the rooftops and then her chronies (who all seem to be peddling a variety of boxes of their own to customers) will jump to her defence.

It wouldn't be so bad if the service was really good.. but it's not. Everyday there's someone complaining that a channel has gone down or the sound is gone or its out of sync. The response is usually to change server, clear cache, reboot device etc... which is a complete pain in the ass for someone who is tech savvy, let alone for those who aren't.

So after reading all the bullshit drama and complete unprofessional behaviour on a daily basis, I figured I'd just go elsewhere and find a better service... which worked out cheaper too.

I too saw mad ramblings on their twitter page and customer shaming that's why I eventually left the group. It's locked now but it never use to be private, when I first joined it was public. I kept in to see the drama before I tired of it altogether. I had the ruya for a month but figured it's not as good as people claim so just never bothered with it again after that. They've tried to distance themselves from ruya with their rebrand name that's all. If you're going to bother with ruya resellers they are not the only option out there.

I have only ever seen one rant by this company on Facebook and it was regarding a customer causing issues over a refund of £4 or something which ended in the customer/excustomer telling the owner he hoped that she got raped in prison when he phoned police on her.

I would have named and shamed too in honesty. If this was a legal company then the guy would have had a stern warning from police etc for making such comments but because it is illegal then not much the company could have done.

I have been a customer of this company for more than a year and the owner is lovely and always happy to help. It's not just a woman though it's a team of 2 men and a woman. So may not always be who you think it is posting messages etc.

There Facebook page is not private it's public also.

Flame please read my post it's not just a lady that runs this company. It's a husband and wife and another guy. How do you know it wasn't the husband who posted messages that was sent to the wife etc? As ypu never know who.you are talking to on there page as it's anonymous replies.

The bit about the private page is a group for users only. The page you copied post from is the first contact page so to say she is a whiny bitch just makes you as bad to be honest.

You have not been a customer/ or customer for long so you have not experienced the whole experience. I seen what you posted originally to there page also and to be honest your fueling a fire because ypu popped on a page, made comments and got banned by look of things with what administration of page commented to you.

Yes it's Facebook but ypu know what you ranted on Facebook about a matter that 1 had nothing to do with you and 2 ypu could have just walked on by if ypu didn't like what ypu seen and 3 your ranting more than said female in first place so please don't judge people when ypu are doing the same as what your blaming them for.

I in no way want to argue with you I was putting my opinion across the same as you were and because you didn't agree with what I said your going on a massive rant?

Every company in the world has a bad review at some point posted about them but this in no way reflects on everyone's experience with the company.

There are 2 people who have said about it.

And like isaid I have been a customer for a year so yes i do know a bit about who runs.s service etc, so do alot of other customers.

Think you have picked me up wrong I mean the original post about the customer, maybe that was made by someone else.

And to be honest identify think it was done to save face or anything think it was to stop people such yourself commenting on things that personally didn't need commented on.

You seem to want to continue the whole thing.

I know the company has been around for many years and they are one of the biggest ruya sellers around by what I've seen after researching other groups and trying a few other providers before mbox.

But i will leave you to continue your vendetta on a company that you probably hasn't even tested by the sound of it. As again you feel the need to be the one shouting from the roof tops on how you seen a post and how you took it upon yourself to post on here etc on your opinion.
