Hi, I've tried RuyaXL and MBox HDTV however both have issues.

1. Channels disappearing after watching something. MBox had 305 Channels it went down to 290 Channels. RuyaXL had 25 Kids Channels it went down to 18.

2. Sound stopping after 20mins/30mins. Pause the Channel e.g. Boomerang, Sky Comedy, Sky Scifi, Zee Cinema. Plays for couple of seconds and then stops again. Sometimes the sound stops after 2 secs, and the pause and playing doesn't work. I go back out to main screen and channels disappear.

3. Jittery/Jumpy Channels - Discovery, Boomberang, Zee TV. Sometimes the video just jumps or plays very slow especially when the sound stops. Was playing Star Gold and the video just went all jumping it was impossible to watch

4. Channels just not playing - Was watching Fox it stopped after 12mins. Channels just stopped. Unable to play UMP movies at all and sometimes get Playback Failure.

5. Not Clear channels even though you select HD Quality especially Sony Sab. Other Channels I've tested quality is Good but goes back to being jittery - not much but just tiny bit.

6. Not working/Different Channel - Tried to play Comedy Central on Mbox and another Discovery but it showed up as Sky Arts and Universal.

So, after all these issues and I actually liked MBox because the quality was much better than RuyaXL.

While I understand it's not SKY or Virgin I want channels to work properly and can live with sound going off sometimes or channels being jittery but I'm constantly getting these with all channels and channels disappearing.

Can anyone help suggest something else? I've tried Universal IPTV which was SHIT!
