Weebtv was good and while ago but now days it's not so good
I've used yoy.tv and goldvod. Both good. Yoy.tv takes PayPal too

I've been using IPTVC with their Kodi addon to watch Polish channels. So far the best deal I've seen. You'll have to signup for the Orange server though, the other servers do not have Polski channels.
Weebtv is the best one I know of.
A lot of channels, and excellent quality.
Free gets you non primetime, and it seems like non premium channels. Paid gets you all channels at all times.
