Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has any idea what it means when the loading bar goes up like 25% and then a login pops up... I purchased IPGuys service from a reseller and this is the issue I'm facing. I shouldn't need a username/password and my portal settings/MAC are correct as far as I know.

I set this up on an Amazon Fire Stick with the latest STB Emulator pro, if it matters.
