Has anyone else been having issues with SportsAccess buffering quite a bit? I've tried different servers, but especially since the Olympics have started, there are times when it's just unwatchable. I'm playing around with my modem and router to see if they could be the cause, but I wanted to see if anyone else was experiencing the same thing in the meantime.
Nope zero problems for me. Tonight will be a huge test though, with the big UFC fight.
Completely agree! They just brag about how they are the best in the business. lol
I tried SportsAccess for the first time last night to watch UFC and I was highly disappointed. There were server issues before the PPV started and as a newbie I didn't know if it was my end or their end. After finding the chatroom I figured out it was their end. The server finally stabilized until the freakin Main Event when the it started buffering in the first round non-stop and then crashed in the last round in the final minute and I had to quickly (and cross my fingers) switch to a different channel. I had a watch party so these problems gave me a huge headache because I had other people to please. I will probably seek another source for the next fight.
We take the heat for the problems last night. Webserver issues, but once you got to a stream it was all good (streaming servers were ok).
We're already fixing it and don't expect further problems. We are refunding day passes from yesterday and/or giving additional credit.
This is exceedingly rare for us, 200 and 201 were perfect. But we're making sure it will be better next time.
It will always happen, SportsAccess is unreliable. It is not your modem, it is them. Moved away from them years ago after constant issue and poor customer service.
