So I signed up to the IPTVChannels.com Black Diamond '4k' platform - a while ago, I was quite sceptical with the name and website being full of marketing/bait terms and I know getting reliable 1080p (let alone 4k) streams can be quite a challenge.
Initially it took around 5 days to activate my order - my emails were supposedly in their junk mail (despite the website sending automated receipts) and I heard a similar story from another poster here. You would think for an online business this would be one of the most basic steps in the order process.
Anyway finally so my account was activated, I had all these US + Candaian channels - awesome! Only it's only awesome if all the shows you like are less than 5 minutes long. Some channels hardly ever seem to ever work (for example - TBS). Most of channels buffering is so common that 75% of the time you give up.
I thought that the Euro 2016 would be a good first real test, and man did it fail quickly. Within the first half I'd given up on the various sports channels and was watching it on normal old skool cable tv. Basically I would not rely on this service to watch anything you really want to.
Anyway, things seemed to settle a bit - or at least I found in the 4k/HD channel listing the Comedy Channel + FXX (both Canadian) seemed to be improve and become quite stable. I could often watch FXX, Comedy Central (most of the time) though occasionally the video would freeze and stay like this for 24 hours or so.
Things improved enough that I renewed for another month, and then 3 months - which I'm now regretting (not for the first time...). 11 days ago, both these channels froze - after 2 days of no change, I email support (I wouldn't be as annoyed if they didn't put BS like 24-7 support on their website). Four days later a very brief response, asking what box I used (why they can't find this out on the user registrations I don't know) and also that both those channels are fixed. So that evening I load it up, and big surprise - the same problem still, I don't know what they supposedly 'fixed'. My last e-mail follow up to this was 6 days ago - still no response. I tried again a few days ago, but now I've given up and never load it.
Basically they have oversubscribed the service and/or don't really care. Funny, as I have 2 other subscribers that are half the cost, and I haven't had any problems whatsoever like I have with this one. And when I have any issues/queries - I've had quite a prompt response and decent support.
Tldr - Avoid iptvchannels.com - it's just making the most of its domain name and website to make money without delivering the real service that it details.
I think they're just a reseller for various services. The black diamond is IPTV Express.
