Need help to extract m3u8 from official streams

Hi,

is it possible to extract/get an m3u8 link from these official Turkish TV channel livestreams?

Thanks in advance for your help! If possible, I hope that the m3u8 doesn't need to be refreshed/changed every xy hours with tokens.
