Get a service that is KODi compatible then put a KoDI box on each TV. As long as the IP address is the same, you can access the service from any TV you want. If you don't have any old pc's laying around, then you're going to have to fork out some $$. Either way, you're going to need a KODi rig, or a STB for each tv.
