Yep..made that mistake already...Couldn't log in yesterday or today and now even their website is down.
If anyone has any information to make me feel at ease please let me know. It kind of feels like sportsaccess and smoothstream are from the same people. When i look at /u/sportsaccess he hasnt posted in a while. He used to post all the time. Now /u/smoothstreamstv posts all the time. Part of this sportsaccess going down and smoothstreams getting better seem more than coincidental. Are we getting duped?

I made the mistake 2 weeks ago, signed up right before UFC 201. It crashed, but I was lucky enough to find a stream from somewhere else. I've asked for a refund, after being told that if NFL preseason is really that important, they'll refund me. Still haven't gotten my refund. And they're avoiding my messages. Great service...
