So I have it working with this service but I can't for the life of me get to the TV guide. I've tried every button on the remote from the list of channels and also the arrows because it shows a right arrow to access the TV guide on that menu. Is it an issue with IPTVSubs, or just something that isn't working with this unit yet since it's pretty new? I don't get it.
Nope they have a forum, but it's set to private. And are not letting new users in. I mean they are great and I follow their forum and have been an active member, but they have little time until a competing service gets their act together or a new one pop up and gets their customers!
Yeah their EPG is off on many channels. It not your box it is the EPG offset is wrong on their servers
They disabled it when they upgraded their middleware to the current one, the old one had it but it was really messed up! Honestly their entire new middleware upgrade process has been a let down, they promised all channels would be looking nice with "accurate" logos. And they half-assed that. Aside from all channel's aspect ratio are totally off, instead of showing a 16:9 ratio or stretched they are shown on 4:3. I imagine the stalker middleware offers a easy fix to set all channels in stretch mode for the STBs from the start.
But to answer your questions the grided guide menu is OFF on this new middleware, hopefully they bring it back in full working shape with accurate current channel display info, and be able to select and switch to channel within the grided guide which i am sure is possible!
