Sportsaccess's website seems to be back online, but it looks like my account has been deleted after paying for three months a week and a half ago. Not sure if it's because i criticized the silence we've been getting since it's been down the majority of the time in the past week.
Is anyone else getting the "username not found"? I'm getting it both on the website and kodi addon, and I tried my username and my email address.

ETA: The fact that some people are defending it on twitter is mind blowing.
I purchased the same 3 months 3 weeks ago, and asked for a refund 2 weeks ago, I was told to send my info if NFL preseason was that important. Have yet to hear back or receive my refund.

HTTPS is no longer supported. I'm not logging in to an unencrypted website. Someone could be spoofing them to steal credentials.
It is working now, as I was able to log onto the website last night without a problem. Kodi, still seems to be not working.
It's BS, I used to have no problems and when I did I was answered within hours and usually credited for the time it was off but I have been trying to get an answer for days and I assume he's ignoring messages considering past communication. He won't get any more of my money for sure.

The entire service is down at this point. More than likely, the database is not connected to the webserver, thus it is not finding your username. Check their IRC support channel for more information.
