No idea on them specifically but trying to contact IPGuys from their Facebook they had linked some CrownTV or something like that, when I asked them which site is which they gave me some Sooper link and told me to fuck off.

Sooper IPTV is the new TVonIP, it is mostly reseller that advertise the services as pennies and people will jump on it that usually get burned,
