Poor experience with Tronicscity

by fantoman

So I had been using IPTVsubs, which was great at first. But I've been getting freezing and stuttering a lot lately, so I decided I'd try another service. Did the Tronicscity 24 hour trial, and it worked really well. The picture seemed crisper, and I didn't experience any stuttering. My only issue was that it was missing a few channels that I wanted, but they showed me on another post here that they had a package that included the channels I wanted for Kodi that just weren't on the trial. So I was sold, I signed up for the Kodi package. Set it up just like the trial, and it was working great. But then I got home later that day and I was getting authentication errors. They helped me troubleshoot over email, but everything was entered correctly. I let them remote into my mac and they spent a while working on it. They got it working, and then it wasn't working. Eventually they let me know that there is an issue with Kodi on MacOS working with stalker clients. They said it was a known issue and it had cost them money in the past. They said they could activate some other service for me as an exception, which is what I saw them do when I saw them get it working. I didn't think this really made sense since IPTVsubs works fine, and if stalker clients don't work with Mac then why would activating a different service they offered work? Whatever, I said fine. So they gave me different log in info, and it worked. But then I realized none of the channels that I wanted were available. I messaged them again saying that it was an issue, because it wasn't what I signed up for. They told me that they would't give me a refund because they already lost money. I think I've been treated unfairly. If this was a known issue as they state, then they shouldn't have taken my money in the first place. They should have a disclaimer listed on their site. But all over their site they say they support Kodi. They're telling me I have to buy an Android device, and they can switch the service I paid for over to that. This seems ridiculous.

"Once service is activated there is no refund and we have already activated 2 services for you which is double money we are loosing

If you get android device we can switch your service over to that device "

So I have a couple questions:

Is there a decent IPTV service out there that I can use on Kodi for MacOs?

Is getting IPTV working on a Mac and issue like they are telling me? I looked around online and I don't see any mention of that issue.

Are they really "loosing" money by giving me a refund? Can't they use these two log ins still? It costs them money to make a log in for their service?

Thanks for listening to my rant

Yeah these guys always seem to spam every other thread, by saying their service is the best.

If you advertise your service is the best, stand by it.

I still remember how they want users to sign up to their website, just to see the channel list, little absurd I think.

Few days down the track later, I check their website again, and the channels are publicly available, all of a sudden, I guess they realized that its most users wont sign up to their website, just to see their channel list.

Also, their 2400+ channel package, dont show any channels.

I use BulkyIPTV, search for them on FB, and I use them on Kodi under my shield TV and they are working good. They also have their own apk, which might be of no use to you, since it android file, but their system do also work on a smarttv, if you have one!

Funny thing that they haven't reply here saying their service is the best, they like to spam every single thread in here

You let them remote into your computer? Wow....

When I asked about the 600 HD on kodi even though there site says it runs on it.. I was told after I subbed

Some people are experiencing issues with this Package on kodi so we recommend not using it on Kodi for now. If you try it on Kodi and it Blocks your MAC address we will not be responsible for that because you will have to order new service to get it going again with New mac address. Please Note: Although Our Service Supports Kodi, however kodi does remove some of the features of the service, including VOD, EPG and Adults. That's why we encourage customers to Use STB Emulator over Kodi as STB produces better streaming experience than Kodi. Windows PC is via Kodi which is same thing as trying on android device with kodi.

Send us a message here mentioning the channels you're looking for, we might have them for you! :)

—Edit— To answer your question: Yes, we have a Kodi repo that works on any machine supporting Kodi!

TronicsCity, Fx Cartoon Network

And a couple other channels I wanted to watch have been down since Sunday

I tried Tronicity, too. Service was not too bad, but it was unwatchable during sporting events (I watch English Premier League and NFL).

ecircuit

Can't recommend them. A lot of channels do not work.

Zgembo12

ive been with them 2 months now, they seem great

HERONHALL

I trialed them and TRONISCITY offered me a 2hr trial in order make a purchase decision never going to happen. I have met sellers here who have given me 24-72hr trials and it was great. One even for a week and I purchased. These guys use CODE123 server, so just google that and find a seller for $8-12. Server is a server, it does not matter who sells it. Some offer a kodi addon epg but who cares. These guys hijack every iptv thread saying they are the best and zero customer feedback. Noone has ever started a thread and said wow TRON rocks! Pathetic and stay away
