I've been using Kodi for a few years, but I've only recently decided to try IPTV with it. I paid for a month with USAIPTV.net since thier m3u8 and XMLTV EPG was usable with a Kodi PVR client, but so many of their channels don't work, their EPG is spotty and and sometimes wrong (e.g. CBC Ottawa is streamed but the EPG data is for CBC Montreal). And they never seem to respond to Facebook or to the contact requests via their website.

I decided to give IP Guys a try but for them you need to use a stalker addon or an STB emulator which I am having trouble finding for Kodi Jarvis.

I found an STB emulator for Android, but I'd rather everything be in Kodi (the PVR there is easy to use). I have a half a dozen or so repositories configured in Kodi, but when I search for "stalker", all I get are addons like DNA or DexterTV which only seem to do their own sources; or I4ATV which seems like a half-assed implmentation with a bunch of settings panels all titled "I4ATV" with settings names like "Do Not Touch!".

Supposedly there's some original "IPTV Stalker" addon that a zillion walkthroughs reference, but I cannot seem to find it. Even walkthroughs less than a year old point to non-existent downloads.

If anybody could provide pointers to places to download either an STB emulator or a stalker clone for Kodi that actually exist, you would have my undying gratitude.
