Looking for a Latin TV package (NOT SPAIN) with All USA Latin channels (univision, telemundo, and of course premium Latin channels) if possible. multi-streaming subscription is a must.

Streams must be as good as SMOOTHSTREAMS. I wish they would add Spanish channels. I tried IPTVSUBS and 99% of their channels look like 480p at most if any plus buffering :( . I would want to resell as well if this service is reliable. Can anyone confirm if tortula has spanish channels?
