I want to watch UFC 205 in decent quality but all the free iptv's buffer like mad. If you guys could recommend something that isn't too overpriced and perhaps short subscription plans as I just want to use it for this weekend. i'd really appreciate it! thanks.

You could just hunt around now for a decent BT Sport 2 stream. UFC PPVs air on there in the UK and that channel is available on hundreds of sites at all times.

You could always use Pro Sport and add the /r/mmastreams subreddit. They will usually have a quality Acestream link that will be 1080p/720p.
