Why bother with that stuff? Too stressful especially for a newbie. Dude, services like NTV make things easy. No need for m3u files. You buy a subscription and you can watch your streams via kodi, web, android, etc. No one has time for m3u files, multi-casting or encryption.
Without seeing at least one of the links it's difficult to say. If there is a username/password stored within the URL it could be linked to a session preventing simultaneous streams from occurring.
