I've had very similar responses from IPTVGuys and CrownTV, I feel they are all the same guy or group using multiple names just to grab at any money they can.
Stay away from these idiots. Service is cheap, it had a lot of channels but not all work properly. But anyways it's just horrible the way they treat their clients. Never again.

How the hell did you get a hold of this IPTV service in the first place?
If you're looking for something that cheap you might as well not order any IPTV at all and just VOD.
Most respectable IPTV services charge $10 a month and upwards, and even then they have the occasional fallouts.
I found these guys yesterday and thought I'd try it out (my first time with IPTV), I paid through their website (vcarib.co) and got an immediate response and m3u link. Channels loaded as did epg, but none of the channels actually worked.
I emailed them back to tell them they weren't working and got no response. I researched and found that factory resetting my tv (using Smart TV app) might help. It solved the problem of my TV rebooting every 10-15 seconds, but the channels still didn't work. I emailed them again to inform them of my progress and got the following response "Wait in the f cking server. And f ck off. What the f*ck."
Luckily, if this is a scam, I'm only out $9. Maybe the server is just down. Hard to tell. Their website provides little information or help.
Looking to try another IPTV provider in the meantime. Have learned to ask for a free trial now :)

Same situation. Gave them the mac I use with iptvguys, wrote them an email saying its not working, all I get is black screen, and I get this reply:

They have the write mac. He even copy pasted the same mac back to me. Either way, I'll be performing a chargeback. Chargebacks hurt them, so I advise you to do it also. He's right, its just $5, and thats what hes planning on. It wont be worth it for people to call up their CC company for $5. But I'm doing it just to spite him.

I had the same experience with them but I don't think that the owner is the one who is responding those messages, but when the owner finds out about what is happening it will be too late.
I wish I'd seen this earlier. Just bought one, and got told to "fuck off" in the 2nd email from them, ever. Wow.
Same deal here, guy freaked out and swore at me because I asked for a free trial to see if its freeze free at night.
