Im hoping the guys will use reddit as well for support/updates however they do have alot of support and updates on their facebook group. I have been trialing them out over the past day and highly impressed with the quality and realibilty. I cant honestly comment on the catchup services as i dont really use them but if the support and quality is anything to go by i doubt its going to be anything but impressive.
I have been speaking to one of the guys over the past day and seems to genuinely care about feedback and support as well as some top banter. Ill be giving it a month to see how they get on and keep this post updated but honestly so far so good.
I've been with Ruya Provider for nearly a year now and I have to say that everything I have asked or requested has been answered and delivered. The IPTV in general has improved a great deal in quality and selection, and even more selection for football in particular.
At the end of the day Ruya is Ruya but I guarantee the lads at support are second to none. You won't get better customer support than these boys, makes you have faith in the product you are paying for and you can trust that they genuinely care about their customers, even if one's an Arsenal fan!
I would recommend these guys to anyone, not one of these fly by night cowboys ready to take your cash and run. Best IPTV out there.
Are you guys the same service as Ruya xl? I had a horrible experience with them and channels would only work buffer free on sd and always buffered on HD channels.
Nice move.
Do you intend for the subreddit to be used for support and updates?
It seems that Ruya are going through a lot of changes lately with fewer channels, better reliability of live streams, and very inconsistent catchup.
If the sub could be used to communicate what's going on, that's going to be a very useful addition to the communities out there.
