Purchasing a subscription to IPTVSubs and want to use it on my Nvidia Shield TV. Is there a best way to do this? Used the trial subscription with Kodi but I saw on IPTVSubs site that they have an android app? I've also seen some use the stb emulator. Any thought/suggestions would be appreciated.
Iptvsubs is stalker based like most other providers. Any nvidia shield tutorial or post should suffice and point you in the proper direction.
Some may disagree with me, but I avoid using kodi for iptv. I'd try the emulator see how that works for you.
Perhaps try the new stalkertv app from the play store? I haven't tried it, but it would make sense to me that it will work perfect and avoid having to deal with emulators.
I've only used the STB Emulator and real MAG 254. Last time I checked into their supposed android app it wasn't released (was a few months back, however).
The STB Emulator works just fine. Pro-tip: While in STBEmulator, if you long press the "select" button on your controller you will bring up the options overlay where you set your portal information. I didn't know this for the longest time and was plugging in a mouse and using that to get the overlay to come up.
