Been using iptvguys and now insntant.iptv and they both buffer. My connection is 50 mbs so i thinking it might be the server's location. Anyone on SE Usa has buffer free service that can recommend?

If you're experiencing similar problems with both servers, it's probably not the servers and something on your end. Changing services probably won't help.
If I were you I'd troubleshoot your connection. Are you connecting wirelessly? Did you try to ping the servers?
If you use an android box, download the speedtest app and report back with your findings.
I can confirm there is no very little to no buffering with some of the servers you mentioned.
