Contacting IPGuys? Sportsnet HD?

by radarx

I love ipguys, except for one small detail - the sportsnet channels are not in HD. The other Canadian sports channels (TSN) are.

Does anyone know who/how to send in this request to IPGuys?

They're using the HD feed, they're just not sending it out in HD.

Those 5 sportsnet channels show a ton of sports including all Bluejays games, many other MLB games, and over half the Canadian NHL games.

Please don't recommend sport-centric services (smoothstreams, etc). We use iptv mostly for entertainment / movies / etc, but it'd be nice to follow some local sports. IPGuys has been the most reliable source to date, and I'd like to keep it.

Anywho - if anyone knows how to get this message to IPGuys, I'd be forever grateful. Tecfront said they'd pass it on, but, well, they probably have other things they're focusing on now.

You can try the Napster forums, I don't know of any other way to contact them

It's not paid, but try installing Vidtime on Kodi, it's free and HD, quality is great, i watch from there all the time.

I think the best thing you can do is post your request publicly so they see it, you never know.

Ipguys is very underground compared to a lot of other companies out there. I dont think tecfront or any other reseller is going to be able to help you.

Even if they get the message, they probably wont bother doing anything with it. Each channel comes from a different source, which they may or may not even have access to. On top of that, they know what channels have more demand then others and they have done a GREAT job of making the service the most stable service out there. If that means a few stations are in SD, then that is what they are going to do.

I agree, I'd love to see more HD. But at this pricepoint, and the reliability they offer, we can't really complain :)

Any word on who has all 5 of the sportsnet channels? I'm dying to get sportsnet east in a full package but can't find it.
