Best Box and setup to use for IPTV?

I have a Xiaomi Mi Box I use for Kodi and then for IPTV I use the SBT Pro Emulator on my Mi Box.. Would I have a noticeable improvement in watching my IPTV (I use IPGuys)using a mag254 informir setup?

Trying to figure out what (If anything) is special or better with the mag254 informir setup?

I also say the mag and the ipguys is one of the best setups you can have. Rock solid stable.

Does your emulator allow for time shifting and stuff?
