Dumb question but how do you even know or tell you have IPGuys??

I know you can only subscribe to them through re-sellers but how can you tell what your getting is really IPGuys?

Well, the easiest way to just look at the portal URL they gave you.
I'm sure someone will post it publicly here, but I personally would rather not. PM me with your portal you were provided with and I can confirm for you.
Additionally, if it's different then the official one, your reseller could also have a different domain pointing to the same place, like a forwarder.
What you'd wanna do is a lookup and check that both addresses resolve to the same ip.
Let me know what you got, and I can double check for you :D
A 3rd way, but a bit more work, is have a legit reseller enter your mac address. It will tell him if it's already in an active state in the system with another reseller. Hope this helps!
