How to fix buffering on uVerse 18mb internet

AT&T uVerse 18mb While using my laptop and VLC just about all IPTV buffers. Same thing happens on my iPhone. I don't have any issues while watching YouTube, Netflix, etc...

I tried turning off IPV6, but it doesn't work.

You should be fine with 18mbps. What troubleshooting did you do? Does YouTube buffer? Netflix?

Wired or wireless? Did you do any speedtest?

Sounds like your IPTV provider. Have you tried using a VPN with the streams?

I read is ATT that throttles you. They do this to iptv services. Someone was saying you can try to remove security features from your online account. If it doesn't work-and it might not- your only chance is vpn.

did you figure it out? i am on att uverse and i am too am buffered ONLY when i am not on vpn.

so the vpn solved issue.
