As far as the Mag 254 goes should I only buy the one made by Infomir or are other brands ok to use? I haven't made a final choice on which box I want yet but just want to know if I should rule out the knock offs.

I do want to use the things you mentioned, but I was thinking about just getting an android box for the others and have the Mag for IPTV only. Everywhere I look people just talk up this box, so I was thinking if I'm serious about IPTV I need one of these one hand.
Thanks for the advice Happy619. Stokedcrf also mentioned this box as one to take a look at. If it can run Netflix it might just be a wrap :-)

I'm going to go with the TVonline 4 or the Dreamlink T1. Whichever one has the best price is what I'm going to buy. The things that are important to me are: Good IPTV front end. I want to use ACE IPTV ( multi connections is a must have) A good guide that works fairly well Access to Netflix Access to Showbox Ability to add more storage (USB OR SD) Record shows - not sure if this is a thing yet with IPTV Ability to run a vpn if needed. I use IPVanish right now I think either one of these boxes will work for what I want to do right guys?
You should rule out any knock-off products, period.
