It might not be an scam, just a totally unprofessional service. They probably were offering trials at some point but they are so lazy that they forgot to update their website.

And also, according to your information their customer service manners are non-existent

To be honest, it's hard to call a company a scam because they aren't offering you something "free".

Resellers get pounded with hundreds of emails a week, and any mac addresses they activate is money out of their own pocket. That credit is lost if you don't sign up.

Without you providing them with a mac, they cannot give you the service, even if they wanted to (which I'm sure they don't really care to at this point).

I know everyone feels like they should be treated like VIPs because they are paying for something. What you don't realize is the work that goes on behind the scenes. If they have to hold someones hand through an activation process or even device setup, it's really not worth their time for the 3 or 4 bucks they will make off of you over the period of a month.

Please research as much as you can everyone, so make it as simple for the resellers as you can. If you can make your reseller happy, they will likely try to keep you happy!

They're not a scam site, however they offer terrible service. Their streams have been unwatchable and many of the channels are often down. Being quite new to IPTV game, they were my first $10 down the drain.

it's SCAM, Beware and be safe

I really don't like writing reviews but this one has shocked me totally. , i don't want other people to be part of SCAM. When you pay for some service, you expect service to be good and good customer care service .Looks like SoftipTV Steals links from other providers and re-sell the service. Most of the links are Never working and Don't expect any customer support. Customer support is active only till you have paid for the service.

I was looking for IPTV providers and came to this website, Saw impressive customer reviews at bottom which now i believe is totally fake. I thought to give it a try. After i made the payment, they sent me m3u file and most of the links were not working. there is no way to reach customer support except chat. when you chat, it's one way communication, they won't respond back!! Their customer care is located in some Foreign remote country and they don't understand English either.

Beware and Be safe. Better to pay a little extra to some other providers and have peace of mind.

they are not SCAM but their service is extremely poor and unreliable. I bought a reseller package from them hoping that i could sell some lines to my relatives. One month since i bough it i have had not a single weekend where the service has worked. the channels just drop out, sometime the picture and sound dont align, no one helps ohh is so so annoying. In the first week their online chat was ok and they replied back to my emails. Now they just ignore any emails i send to report a problem with the service. I decided to go against many reviews i read but boy i regret it so much. Also the guy that takes the money is from CHINA.

And i paid them 200 euros which is such a shame cos is lots and lost money

Big big scam! as the other reviews suggest, stay away stay away! I paid for a whole year, only to have my subscription end after 3 months. When I asked what happened, they just started to ignore me. Even worse, they never refunded me.

Conclusion: if you want to people to steal your money this is the right place!
