I had a couple people talking about russian channels on voodoo the other day. I know they have some channels but not sure which ones as I'm not Russian.
If I were you, check out pastebin.com and search for voodoo channel list and see if it has what you want. Consider doing some more research on channel lists with various services on pastebin.
Also, I woudlnt recommend using a VPN. In fact, many providers wont work if you are using one
