I jumped into the world of IPTV (via Kodi) about 2 weeks ago via IPTVChannels and for the first week the service was running great. However, since that point I have been unable to use the service due to "Stalker Authentication error" which never actually allows a connection. No settings were changed at the time I received this error.
I have tried on 2 devices, and walked through standard troubleshooting (re configure, update Kodi, fresh install etc) however same issue occurs.
Two emails have been sent to IPTVChannels support and have not been replied to.
Has anyone experienced this issue before, and/or know a way to resolve?

If it's a stalker server, you may not get much supported. Kodi is not known to play well with IPTV. In fact it's probably the worst solution at this point.
That said, may I ask what the first 3 sets of numbers are for the Mac? You can Pm me if you want and I can verify it's even a valid Mac for the stalker backend
