The best for premier league is NBC sports premium account. I use it with zenmate VPN with no issues on the NBC live extra app. Direct source and no bandwidth sharing . I use the DirecTV account which also gives you access to a number of other US services .

A single account I bought over a year ago is still working with no issues.
Don't bother with a vpn. not needed for iptv.
That said, if you have a vpn set up on a router or something for other equipment then I suppose that makes sense. But if just for the iptv service, skip it
